Individual Therapy

Individual therapy sessions help you identify the source of distress and manage difficult emotions, experiences and/or relationships and gain healthy coping skills. We will work one-on-one together using a person-centered therapy approach that will promote healing and address current or past issues and traumas that led to depression, anxiety, or any day-to-day stress. Remember on this journey,  we will explore past experiences and their connection to current behaviors and relationships, I encourage to allow yourself time to process and heal.
